Criminal Records Division
The primary functions of the Criminal Records Division shall be the collection, review, control, maintenance, accountability and retrieval of offense and complaint reports as well as traffic accident reports, fingerprint cards, field interview cards and warning citations or any other type reports or documents as determined by the Agency or by law. This division is also responsible for the copying and distribution of records to the public, insurance companies, attorneys and other involved agencies. The Criminal Records Division also conducts local background checks for the public.
